This violin is made of several different timbers.

The back, ribs, neck and scroll are made from Queensland Maple.

The belly is Western Red Cedar.

The fittings are all made of Queensland Ebony, hand engraved and 24K gold leaf inlaid.

The bridge is River She-Oak.
