This violin is made of several different timbers.

The back, ribs, neck and scroll is made from Queensland Maple.

The belly is Western Red Cedar.

The tail-piec is made of local Bamboo (stained black).

The rest of the fittings are all Queensland Ebony.

The bridge is River She-Oak.
